Sagren Lutchmana, brings a wealth of 15 years of extremely relevant experience from the Private Education, Training and Development (ETD) sector. His experience includes Academic Lecturing, Campus Principal of a Tertiary Campus, Executive Officer (responsible for the rollout of all learnerships and training relating to Sector Education and Training Authorities [SETA’s] and National Skills Funds [NSF] projects), Accreditation Manager, Business Centre Manager/Acting General Manager and Manager: TVET and Occupational Qualifications.

He is responsible for the TVET sector that addresses changes in the ETD landscape and maintains all elements of the TVET and Occupational Qualifications Frameworks for the Group, amongst others QCTO programmes, Umalusi programmes, SETAs/Professional Bodies and High School qualifications. Sagren comes loaded with a high level of professionalism, total discipline to ensure optimal performance and delivery to the highest possible standards, and is well known for being attentive to detail.

As a visionary, he sees in his horizon the need complete the Doctorate in Business Admistration (DBA). Professionally, he is registered with South African Council for Educators (SACE), Computer Society of South Africa (CSSA) and The South African Quality Institute (SAQI).

He is a also a Commisisoner of Oaths [RSA] and is appointed as Marriage Officer [RSA]. Sagren has acquired a range of ETD qualifications, incluidng being a registered constituent Assessor and Moderator with many of the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA’s), Train-the-trainer, Skills Development Facilitator and Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development (ODETDP). Further, he is also a Certified Business Professional (CBP) endorsed by International Business Training Association (IBTA) in America.
